What is the difference between a full and partial highlight?

A full highlight covers the entire head, adding brightness and dimension throughout all of your hair. A partial highlight focuses on specific areas, typically around the face and crown, for a more subtle and natural effect.

What is the difference between a full and partial balayage?

A full balayage is a freehand painting technique applied throughout the entire head to create a naturally blended, sun-kissed look. A partial balayage is more focused, typically applied around the face and upper layers for a softer, lower-maintenance glow while leaving more of your natural color visible.

How often should I get a massage?

Are kids allowed?

No, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to the salon. This ensures a relaxing experience for all guests and a safe environment for our staff and clients.

Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We encourage all clients to book their appointments in advance through Vagaro to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on stylist availability, but we recommend scheduling ahead.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you no-call, no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. A valid card is required at the time of booking.

Do you offer consultations before booking a color or treatment?

Yes! We offer consultations upon request if you’d like to discuss your options before booking a color or treatment service.

Can I get a color correction if I don’t like my current hair color?

Yes, we offer color correction services, but these are typically charged by the hour due to the complexity and time involved.

Do you offer refunds or adjustments if I’m not happy with my hair?

All of our stylists are independent contractors, so any adjustments or refunds are at the discretion of the individual stylist. If you have concerns, please reach out to your stylist directly.

How often should I get a haircut?

We recommend getting a haircut every 3 to 6 months to maintain healthy hair and prevent split ends.
