About Meg
Hi! I’m Meg, and my journey in cosmetology began back in 2013 when I first discovered the world of SFX (special effects makeup). That early creative spark led me to years of hands-on practice, classes, and makeup shows — but in 2020, I enrolled at Paul Mitchell the School Reno and unexpectedly fell in love with doing hair.
Since graduating and earning my license in 2021, I’ve focused on lived-in color, curly hair care, and creative cutting techniques. I’m a certified Bellami stylist and Bella Lash artist, and I proudly work out of Salon Platinum Reno where I get to bring my passion to life every day.
My Experience
After graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2021, I dove headfirst into specializing in lived-in color, including balayage, foiliage, and soft blonding techniques. My time at a curly hair salon gave me hands-on experience with textured hair, helping me grow into a confident curly hair specialist. I’ve worked closely with texture experts, learning cutting and styling techniques that support natural curl patterns of all types.
I’m Bellami certified in extensions and also trained in lash artistry through Bella Lash. Today, I combine these skills to provide clients with versatile, expressive looks that are tailored to their personal style and hair texture.
